A clear picture of trends that inform leaders thinking
Hands Group are pleased to announce McCrindle as the official Insights Partner of the Future of Leadership program.
McCrindle is an award-winning social research agency based in Sydney, Australia. Combining the rigour and precision of a research agency with the innovation and flair of a creative agency.
As social researchers they are specialists in human behaviour; fascinated by people. Their work extends across many different industries and clients, including some of Australia’s leading corporates, not-for-profits and government agencies. But no matter the client or the brief, their mission remains the same: to create a clearer picture of the trends that inform strategic thinking.
“We are excited to be partnering with McCrindle to deliver relevant and timely insights that will help drive key decisions and strategy within teams and organisations. Now more than ever, leaders are looking for research and data to guide them through the new normal and beyond” says Claire Baines, General Manager Hands Group.
McCrindle will provide regular research insights and reports to the Future of Leadership Membership program as part of our commitment to ensuring our leaders and the program remain at the forefront of behavioural trends. These trends range from demographic to technological, social and generational trends that impact society, consumers and employees. They will also draw on new research that has just been conducted into the impacts of COVID-19, as well as the new book written by Mark McCrindle and Ashley Fell titled Work Wellbeing: Leading thriving teams in rapidly changing times which is being released in July 2020.
“We’re delighted to be partnering with Hands Group to deliver quarterly insights for the Future of Leadership Membership Program” says Ashley Fell, Communications Director at McCrindle. “In these rapidly changing times, leaders that understand the changes are best positioned to respond and lead well. We’re excited to be involved with delivering engaging, research-based content and sharing new insights from the book Mark and I have written about Work Wellbeing, which is a practical, data-driven guide to workplace wellbeing. It aims to equip leaders, managers and employees with a thorough understanding of what workplace wellbeing is, why it’s important and how to achieve it.”
Each quarter McCrindle will deliver an engaging overview of our latest research in one or multiple areas, exclusively to Future of Leadership Members. This will serve to not only inform, but to inspire our Leaders.
