  • With a client book of Fortune 500 and ASX Top-20 companies, Darren Hill is one of Australia's most in-demand strategists whose culture change programs have rolled out across PepsiCo, Laminex, REST super, Suncorp Bank and the Australian Federal Government to name a few.

Rather than simply teach theory to his client base, Darren has also founded and built a company, Pragmatic Thinking, that listed 3 consecutive years on the Australian Financial Review FAST 100 : so it’s probably fair to say Darren knows a thing or two about business success and the role that leadership and culture play in achieving it.

Darren's a best-selling author whose work has appeared regularly across the Fairfax Group (including the SMH & The Age), News Limited and is a return guest on The Today Show and Sky Business News for his views on business leadership and workplace culture.

Equally comfortable delivering keynotes to thousands of people, deep strategy work at a board level or delivering kick-arse virtual experiences, Darren’s clients consistently describe him as grounded and refreshingly real – something that’s reflected by his ongoing re-engagement rate with clients nearing 100%.

Darren was recently inducted into the Professional Speakers Hall of Fame being awarded the 2018 Educator of the Year.

  • Alison Shamir is an Imposter Syndrome Expert Coach, Speaker, Media contributor and former Technology Leader. She works with individuals and organisations around the world helping them to build the skill of confidence, break through barriers like Imposter Syndrome and reach their true potential, performance and profit goals.

  • Heidi Dening believes that education changes lives and when combining the insights she has learnt from surviving a paralysing illness, a gunpoint kidnapping, a life-threatening tsunami and petrol bombs, with her science-backed education, she has a unique ability to empower leaders and their teams to perform at their fullest potential.

She was recently named ‘Best International Keynote Speaker’ in the Asia Pacific region at the Influential Businesswoman Awards.

  • Dr. Sean Richardson is an expert in the psychology of excellence and high performance, and executive program director at the High Performance Academy. He helps professional and Olympic athletes get mentally tough and perform under extreme pressure. He also helps leaders in business understand how to drive themselves and their teams a little bit harder, but teaches how to do it with both compassion and relentless effort.

Sean has a background as a leadership and culture consultant, an elite competitive athlete, and an academic researcher with a PhD in performance psychology. He works with people who aspire to get more than imagined out of themselves and their teams.

In sport, he is kind of like the coach’s coach - teaching coaches how to read their players so they can win the big games.

In business, he is kind of like the leadership-whisperer - helping you to understand the human stuff of high performance, so your teams can win their big games.

  • Peter Baines, developed his unique leadership style by leading teams into Indonesia and Thailand following acts of terrorism and the 2004 South East Asian Tsunami. After meeting the children orphaned by the Tsunami, Peter founded the Australian charity, Hands Across the Water. Awarded in 2014 with the Order of Australia Medal for his International Humanitarian work. Received the Most Admirable Order of Direkgunabhorn in 2016.
